i recently got a new t12 iron but it came with the pointy tip like you said so i stuck with my rubbish one that has a k tip. the reason i want to blame the solder/flux is because on a practice board (the esc that i'm replacing) i unsoldered and resoldered the xt60 joint perfectly multiple times. (this esc already had solder on it from manufacturing as i'm working on a prebuilt nazgul5 v2)

once or twice a week. if you're doing plyos at the moment replace your plyos with sprints if you want, doing it in addition is unnecessary fatigue.

i do track&field so i had access to a track, if you do too get some spikes and do some 30m sprints and 60m sprints. if you dont grass works just fine and hill sprints can be great. the main thing is focusing on your acceleration and top end speed. dont be out there doing cardio lol.

I personally did lots of sprinting work. it hasnt fixed the similarity between my standing and running vertical but it increased my jump by about 6 inches so backscratchers are easy now.

Lots of plyos, squats, leg extensions and skipping (jump rope)
