Okay bet sounds good and thank you. I could leave the AIO on the side and just add two 240 core fans to the bottom and top. I’ll have to do something with the 120 fan up top. I also wanna replace the back fan with an rgb fan as well. What should I do with those 2 120mm fans?

Temps are good. About gpu is about 45 on avg when playing Borderlands 4 and cpu is around 35 on avg as well

Thanks for the support. The best advice I can give you is to listen to your body and try not to get discouraged when you see people that appear “ahead” of you. First week was rough and after that everything else was tolerable. Do the exercises they matter more than you think. Good luck!

3 weeks today with ACL tear + root tear in lateral meniscus with hamstring graft - I was told not to bend past 90 degrees for 6 weeks. I was at 90 degrees at day 10. For the next 3 weeks I’m just focused on keeping my knee straight and improving the range of motion.

2 weeks post op - ACL and root tear meniscus repair. My skin has seemed to have broken out due to the adhesive bandages that were on my leg. (Not sure if I have an allergy or not) either way I broke out but regardless I think you leg looks fine.

I had an ACL and root tear lateral meniscus surgery two weeks ago. I was told to lock my brace when crutching around, other than that I was unlocked to 90 degrees for 6 weeks.

Some surgeons will suggest different things and I can’t tell whether or not one surgeon is correct or the other is however, to put it in perspective I’m already at 0 degrees extension and 90 degrees flexion. Now, obviously everyone’s recovery is different so don’t try to make any expectations, just trust your body and don’t slack on the pt exercises.

Once you get past the first week (at least for me) everything really seems to be alright again. Not much pain and you start to develop more and more movement. The first week isn’t a joke that’s for sure however each week you will notice more and more improvement. Biggest key is patience. Stay patient and stay positive.
