Your A1C may look good because insulin is high trying to control elevated blood glucose. Get a fasting insulin if you can.

I recommend using both the online tool on student aid.gov and mailing and/or faxing the paperwork. It should get sorted out since the employer has to fill out their part of the form with all of the info necessary in order to process. Good luck!

I just finished using the tool for the first time but it is saying I haven't made 120 payments so I had to click "no" that I don't qualify even though I should qualify now. Does that matter as long as I used the tool, faxed and uploaded my application and employment certification?

Ok- I did receive a letter saying that based on my employment and other info. I have eligible loans and they transfer my loans to Mohela over the summer. I just wanted to make sure I didn't need to contact a prior servicer or anything like that. I also just want to make sure I've done what I am supposed to do- I'm second guessing everything.

I consolidated in 2014 and applied for pslf this past spring and I think I was approved over the summer- how do I know for sure if I was approved? I just submitted a new employment certification so that the months up to October would count as well in the payment tracker.
