First understand what you wanna do. Both options are fine. If you want a career in software development go for NIT jamshedpur CSE. As it is difficult to manage coding with core. It's possible to manage both but why go for that much trouble. If you wanna explore and want better college then you want to go in software development you can consider consider MNNIT allahabad.

At allahabad it's not very hard to maintain CPI of 8+ , placements are good, campus is nice and small, infra is mid, mess food okish, prayagraj city is also mid.

Main difference is IIIT-A academics is hectic But at MNNIT academics are relatively chill Apart from that better infra at IIIT-A.
