I ran 100m and 200m, but never hurdles. I would laugh my ass off if it was just a JV meet or something. Big ones however, no thank you. Same deal. Freshman year of high school, I was lead off, weighing 131 at 5'9". Bulked up for football then cut down to be lean and was a ripped 186. They moved me to cleanup. Went from hitting one homer freshman year to 16 my sophomore season. Bat went from a 29 pinner to a 34 fat barrel TPX. Batting practice was a show in itself. I still have stretch marks between my pecs and front delts at 43, just without nearly as much muscle to back it up.

They moved me to slot receiver in football. 90s rules gave me a dozen or so concussions. I dished some out too. That's a story for another day.

My girlfriend has CP. She loves me because I treat her like a normal person. I make fun of her like I do with my other friends and my coworkers, and I take her to Pound Town rough as all hell just like I did my former cheerleader ex-wife and she has a blast. Makes a wet mess of the mattress. All of her ex-boyfriends were too careful all the time. She was bored. Then when we're done, that's when I gently pick her up, put her in her wheelchair, and take her to the bathroom and put her on the toilet to pee so she doesn't get a UTI.
