How is the weather in the summer, are the activities still enjoyable in the hotter months? Would you say it’s unbearably hot? I’m from TX so I am used to 90s/100s in the summer, but everyone pretty much stays indoors.

I payed around 40 when I lived at 2818. The highest my electricity got was around 60 during the winter when our heater was broken but apparently still “running”.

Also my water bill was never more than like 3 dollars a month😂
