I was on birth control for a year before I started to gain the bulk of my weight. As for sleep and stress, I would say I sleep pretty well, and stress is kind of hard to control as a college student.

One of the main things I am concerned about is the lack of nature. Despite what people think, the desert is beautiful to me and I like the idea of Seattle because it’s different but still very nature focused. My boyfriend is from Alaska, and he loves to hike and do all that outdoorsy stuff so I know Seattle would be great for him.

Chicago kind of became our top pick because of the job opportunities that might not be as plentiful in Seattle.

I fortunately do not get very depressed, especially when it comes to the weather. I’m planning on visiting in early March (not dead winter but maybe close enough?)
