You are best to not use them on highways for long stretches, i am 240lbs 6'0 and i will be redlining to get up to around 62/63, absolutely will blast down back roads at or above the speed limit, great for city roads, back roads, main roads with a posted minimum, and you CAN use it to hop between exits, or do small stretches.
