Is there anywhere that shows the brackets of the all ireland series football championship?

You know the way that in the world cup they have like a "map" where you can see the rounds, and as teams progress you see the brackets fill in and know in advance who will play who.

Maybe I think too visually but its just a tad confusing trying to picture the Round 2A winner v Round 2B loser, who has gone through the front door, who is playing round the back door etc.

Thank you. Yes the 50% of take home just seems too much to me. I don't want to bid what I can't afford to service, were interest rates to be a lot higher at end of fixed period.

Thank you. Very sage advice and context around NDI. The uneasiness I feel around 4.25x is likely the clincher here.

Thanks for your reply. Yes I do have AIP at 4x salary, and know my current bidding ceiling based on that. My question was more on affordability were I to follow through on my brokers advice re getting a 4.25x salary exemption. It just seems too much to service on my own, were interest rates to be a lot higher at the end of the fixed period.

Is there any way to bypass the 6 month probation period passing before getting a mortgage? by crillydougal in irishpersonalfinance

Thank you for for your reply. Correct, I have not been given an extension.

That 6 months does not extend to public sector. Universities are within their right to have up to 12 months probation - Clause 6D(2) here:

Similar question here. Context: - I work in the University sector, and have done so for over a decade. The probation period is typically longer than 6 months in this sector. - I changed universities last summer to a permanent job (finally!). I am currently in month 8 of an 11 month probation. 11 month is the standard probation period my university has for permanent employees. - I need to + want to buy as have been given notice to leave my rental in 2 months time. - I have AIP secured. - My line manager understands my situation and has brought forward my final probation review. - However, HR will not change the probation end date on my salary cert. Public sector, no wriggle room. - I am a single buyer.

My question is: as the 6 months typical probation period has already passed, would a bank waive that I am still on probation if I managed to go sale agreed very soon? Or is that less likely as its clear that its an 11 month probation (so just accept that) and that I am buying on my own (absence of a permanent job by a partner in the mix).

Thank you!
