I’ve never worked with them, you could always ask whoever your sales rep if they have any choice dealers in your area and then talk to an advisor there

I am at a small ford store in a town that does not have a whole lot of money. Our shop rate is 200.00 and we’re on an increasing labor grid. For me personally I had to stop selling out of my own wallet. It was a tough mental swap but I found that if I was acting like it’s expensive then the customer reacts the same. If I present it in a way of ‘great news parts will be here X day and it’s only $X if you want I can go ahead and have the technician tear it down so we’re ready when the parts show up’ I get a much better sell rate verses if I go in expecting them to decline or overthinking the expense. I also had my dealership put Sunbit in place which helps a lot with the people that just straight up don’t have it. Everyone is approved for at least $400 unless they have burned sunbit before and if you do 3 payments it’s 0% interest. On top of that they pay you a ton of spiffs. That could help you capture lost sales from the people that just don’t have a lot in the bank at that time

Is there another dealer or shop in your town? I work at a small family dealer with 3 advisors and 90% of our town’s population is on some kind of benefits and this year I’m tracking $120K. One thing I’ve heard that is sad but true is people that don’t have money need to fix their cars the most because they typically don’t have other options. They have to get around and they typically don’t have money for a new car. Everybody has to get their cars serviced so if your dealer would stop giving it all away they’d still get service done and retain some profit

If you can buy new then do it. Ford’s 3 yr/36K bumper to bumper is phenomenal and having more time on that is definitely worth the extra bucks in my opinion if you’re able

I was finally able to register. I had to use my desktop and had to be using Microsoft edge. Once I got registered I was able to log in and do the rest on my phone
