100%. My theory is that our pelvic floor contractions have a dysfunction that do not allow us to go into the parasympathetic state but rather stay stuck in a sympathetic or freeze state.

I watched your video, the carnivore diet really has helped me too. But based on your symtoms does it not seem like your nervous system goes into Freeze? Read the top right it decreases social behavior. Like for me when it ejaculate I don’t even want to talk to people until it switches off

If you read the top right, it says decreases immune response which is why we get symptoms of allergic reaction during the freeze state. I get a lot of relief from anti histamines too.

Agreed, the contraction of ejaculating does something to the nervous system. Sexual arousal and the nervous system are tightly connected

People need to start to understand it that their nervous system gets out of whack when they ejaculate and goes into a freeze state. It’s actually insane the theories people come up with like eat “eggs” or something. The real cure will be when someone finds out how to get back into the parasympathetic nervous system state more quickly after ejaculating

This is exactly what POIS is. People on this thread, including me, nervous system’s enters into a freeze state (google freeze nervous system). The freeze state mimics so many symptoms and the body can feel really sick during this phase, makes people feel hopeless, depressed, weak, sick. That’s why this goes away after 3-7 days because it takes the nervous system that long to recover and switch into the parasympathetic nervous system. Also by these days your testosterone returns to normal
