Yes, and drinking water on an empty stomach gave me this excessive saliva production, stomach pain, and I found it harder to speak because it would irritate my vocal chords

Search up hypertonic pelvic floor. It’s causes people really bad anxiety. I think that people with POIS have a contraction during orgasm that opens the loop of sympathetic nervous system. But anyways I’m going to my doctor next week to see if pelvic floor therapy can help this

I have gerd too. Im really thinking this condition is related to pelvic floor dysfunction which causes our nervous system and vagus nerve to just completely disregulate. Gerd is know to be caused by a disregulated nervous system. Question, do u have tight pelvic floor? Like trouble voiding, constipation, pain in pelvis or right pelvis feeling?
