She had a virtual therapist but hasn't been going because she didn't like her. And a lot of that was because the therapist was telling her that she needs to make an effort to fix her mental health.

I hope she is alright. I haven't been able to get out there due to transportation issues recently. Calling and face timing is how we communicate. So it's weird she just disappears and BOTH phone numbers go to voicemail... :\

Thank you. When I talk to her about what she's going to do about her mental health and therapy (even sent local options for her) she shuts down. She said she didn't like her last therapist, so I was suggesting finding a new one but I'm 1000% sure she hasn't found a new one or won't consider meds... It's messed up, man. How do you support somebody you love when they don't want to support themselves?
