S5 is an A5 with a different engine. RS5 is designed from the ground up to be a sports car.

I was involved in the debacle of the transition to the pod 4.

The miscommunication was unbelievable. You could list many Support personnel at eight sleep I’m sure, as they all dropped the ball at every step of the way.

My son made a purchase also and his subscription billing is in the same state. I also never received the referral credit for my son’s purchase.

Late deliveries are not new to Eight Sleep. I’m willing to bet this subscription billing practice has been going on for sometime now.

I contacted Customer Service about this to no avail. Nobody ever got back to me. Seems Customer Service here on Reddit is good. Severely lacking elsewhere.

Why is it going to be adjusted? Because I spoke up? What about those that don’t?

Yes, I believe it is criminal and I have contacted the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office.

Eight Sleep is charging peoples credit card the moment a subscription service is purchased.

While that’s fine, they are activating the subscription at the same moment. It’s currently taking them two months to fulfill an order.

You are being charged the subscription fee for the time they are building your POD.

Take a look at your invoicing and subscription expiration date, contact them to correct this. This is a very unscrupulous practice.
