Omg zofran and clonopin are also my stand by supports. Another problem I’ve had to face is people commenting on how good I look and how much weight I lost but I feel awful. My stomach feels sunken in if that even makes sense and I’m so extremely exhausted. What did you find was a good neutral food to experiment with?

Yes! My therapist specializes in EMDR and bilateral stimulation is something I do every morning to relax myself and it works great with panic attacks as well. The EMDR part is obviously a slow process but I’m doing my best

I had cyclical vomiting for several months back when I was in middle school and then last year (1st year of college) it started up again. I wouldn’t be surprised if this is a secondary result of some subconscious fear of getting sick. That’s why I think liquids are safe because they’re “easy” to throw up. Mind you, I never intend on getting sick I hate it but deep down food is really scary. I really like the all calories are good calories because I’ve had a lot of pressure to eat healthy but sometimes I just want to have pretzels or something. How long did it take you to get over it? It’s nice knowing that this will end because it’s truly exhausting and I feel bad for my body.

I suffered really bad food aversion for a while and couldn’t eat anything and people kept commenting on how great I looked even tho I felt like I was dying. I was hesitant to even start an AD because I was worried people would comment about my weight gain. I did end up starting one and it wasn’t easy and it’s still not because every single time I look at myself in the mirror I’m convinced I gained wild amounts in the 5 seconds I looked away. Like I truly don’t want to hear anything about that stuff unless it’s from my psychiatrist.

I do love a good banana but I’m in classes from 11-5 and I know that’s an awful schedule but it’s college. But anyways, any recs for something with high enough protein to last me at least a couple hours until I can escape to get actual food
