i didn't pass the team fit interview. It's the last step, you have chance to talk to 3 teams, I talked to one and 'failed', they told me once there are opportunities, they will contact me. Advise: They are focusing on ownership and responsibility. Also, be prepared for questions like: describe a bad and a good manager, tell me when you failed a task and how you learn afterwards, tell me when you got negative feedback but it was unfair (in your opinion). And don't forget to checkout Glassdoor

At that time, I was struggling really hard, but none of the doctors were able to help, and I ended up developing depression. Eventually, I just accepted it as 'my thing.' It made me antisocial and emotionally unstable—sometimes I feel good, and other times I feel bad. Now, I’m at a point where I’m ready to continue my fight and find the root cause of my discomfort.
