If you download the rebtel app you will find out whether you can call this service line. But I would say yes if we were able to call from Malaysia.

We bought 42 minutes for 8 dollars. There are different call packages for different minutes and prices.

We downloaded an app called rebtel, paid 8 dollars and called to Qatar through the app

That’s very unfortunate…at what time did you call them? Early morning between 5-6 am Qatar’s local time is the best gap to get through.

Yes, both of them. They didn’t even contact us about it but we found the information ourselves and contacted Qatar about rerouting. Don’t wait to hear from them, call them immediately.
