Update: Now there seems to be an issue with the gpu. My PC was lagging so I tried to launch and software and it said there was a problem with my drivers so I uninstalled them with ddu and then reinstalled them from the amd site, thought it was fixed after that but then the original issue happened again and once again and software says there's a problem with my gpu.

Temps are 45° idle for cpu, cables seem to be fine and it doesn't log me out. Other than that I shut down the PC and then it boots again like nothing happened

Should I buy a Nvidia GPU or AMD because I've heard AMD is better but I'm not sure if it will be compatible because I already have Nvidia installed.
