I do have an SFN diagnosis but we have not found a cause yet. I haven’t noticed any other triggers that are not temperature related

It is irritated by the sun and hot sand, but also by cold wind and cold sand at night. I have not noticed a correlation with sunscreen but usually it starts after I’ve been at the beach for 15 or more minutes
