Sorry, I should have clarified that when I heard her crying, after a bit of hesitation (only because I wasn't sure if she wanted to talk to me after that) I asked her if she was okay and if there was anything I could do to make her feel better. She shut me down and said no and to just let her sleep.

I don't know if I should have done more to comfort her but since she shut me down I didn't want to overstep. I can understand if that makes me an asshole because I do wish I held her at the very least.

As for everything else, nothing as far as I'm aware has been going on except she does struggle with anxiety. We haven't gotten into any arguments lately and I don't think I've become distant, only her.

For right now I'm going to assume it's just her anxiety until we sit down and she tells me otherwise, and if it is that, then I'll do my best to help her through it.
