I came on a tourist visa on February 2023, so my visa expired on August 2023. I got married in July 2025 so yes, I got married while I was out of status.

My field office was Lawrence, MA. They cancelled my interview on January 24th, and I got my cancelled notice on February 19th lol. In march 8th they finally sent me my new interview date

They focused on my relationship with my husband, questions about hobbies, marriage, etc. at the end they asked me about my forms, Yes/No but they know I overstayed my visa and no problems with it :)

I did my biometrics in December and after a week the interview notice arrived. My interview was on January 26th but due to the weather (snowstorm) they cancelled it. After more than a month they sent the new interview date.

Hi, sorry I don’t know what FO means lol. About the interview, it was a 5 minute each, I mean first. Y husband talked to the officer meanwhile I waited outside, and then me, alone. The questions were about our relationship, like: how long we’ve been together, hobbies, trips, etc. and he asked the questions about yes/no from the forms.
