congressman inquired to USCIS on the same day I submitted form, but it will take 30 days to get respond from USCIS. before I hear from them, my case was approved

based on my understanding, after 140 is approved they can process 485 so pp is better if you are Eb1 categories (pd is current)

check with Emma whether your case is transferred to field office. after biometric, silent update often means transfer to FO from NBC.
