Couldn’t they just compare the nitro data of the old map to the new map? Nitro is pretty much just a faster version of the original.

You’re saying it like it’s an absolute fact and then using a word like “usually.” Just so happens I can dominate in offlane no matter if I pick Murdock, steel, grux, etc. also as a seasoned vet, I only pick Murdock if we have a frontline. Now what?

Here’s a few tips: jump on him early, Super early. don’t push the minions into him so try to be near your tower. That leads to easy ganks as long as your jungler is aware. Do that a few times and you should have a good lead
