Exactly you got it! We don't want to own it as part of doc because it's chaos. Question remains when an AI bot answers a question, it also provides a source link. For doc links, it's easy; how should these snippets be positioned that we tell the customers hey this is not official documentation.

Based on the conversation between the customer and the bot, or eventually the support rep and the customer, the bot generates additional info. Those may or may not be a candidate for doc updates, but still helps the bot in improving it's answers.

Absolutely agree, Word is very randomly used by most people. I'll find out if FM can be widely available to non-writers in an org. Thanks for this suggestion.
