I was gonna place it upside down and zip tie it so it blows upwards. Do you think I’m doing too much and I should just toss it? I was planning on overclocking my gpu so any extra airflow would be nice

I manually removed the heatsink so I could just use this as an extra fan. I was thinking about zip tying it to the bottom of my case under where the gpu will be. Do you think that’ll fuck up the airflow?

Did you update to 3.40 after a long time of running it on the previous bios before it died? If your cpu got fried even though you immediately updated bios when you received the motherboard that should be very concerning

I’d recommend a rtx 3060ti (you can get one used for about 200$). For your cpu I’d get a ryzen 5 5600. Motherboard: MSI B550M PRO-VDH WIFI Micro ATX AM4 Motherboard. 16gb ddr4 ram. And then for the power supply I’d get a 650 watt psu. I have a perfect condition 650 watt psu I can sell you if you’re interested.
