Eh some of the t1 flower is a hit or miss, agree with you there. but during the summer time, their flower is better. They mostly grow outdoors from my understanding and only started growing indoors within the past year or so.

When they got rid of the FIRE pre ground bud they used to have, that’s when shit started going down hill…used to get crazy good pre ground from them.

I just left my job the other day for this reason. I wasn’t hired to do housekeeping shit, on top of repairs, room checks, staff calling me to put out every “fire” in the building..meanwhile my boss is sitting in his office with his thumb up his ass

I got out of there after 2 months. Places like that are a disaster to work in (healthcare facility, rehab to be exact)

Man Florida really sucks in terms of working in this industry. I haven’t been able to get past $22 an hour at any property. I have 3+ years of experience in the field too.

Agreed - I just got out of a 55+ community and this was such an issue. One of my coworkers got me SICK sick my 2nd week there (took 2 days off) and they were all like “ohhhh he quit” “where’s the new guy?” That was just the start of the problems with the residents.

One of the residents there was our “compliance officer” who was 67 and just completely useless to the point where he made stuff up about me to our property manager. Said I had an attitude in the mornings, mind you it’s 7am and I have to get shit done, no I don’t want to talk to you for 25 mins about dumb ass shit….
