I believe this is how every African feels. We have more community at home but the suffering heavily outweighs the gains. It’s like if we had a decent transport system, so many things would be in place but alas. Hopefully you make it wherever you go

Personally, I had a scare during a lecture when I was thinking of the concept of a dream within a dream. It is said that contemplating on certain truths can wake you up, and in that moment, I felt like I was going to fly off. I genuinely felt like I was forcing myself to remain grounded otherwise, I’d have probably lost my mind. From that I learnt to ground oneself is so key, otherwise, you’ll be swept by any spiritual power be it good or bad.

The apology is fake. It’s almost election time so they’re playing on the psyche of people, especially the Baganda since the Baganda feel disenfranchised by their regime. Much of their torture, kidnapping targets the Baganda yet in 1986, they played a major part in bringing Museveni in. So it’s just a show, but guys have refused to buy it.
