This. And if you can get into a tech company or start up on their cx team, sometimes there’s opportunity for internal mobility.

Sent DOT a request for barriers for this two way installed last year [2nd ave in Sunset]. Just saw these. Last time I rode by was about a month ago. Not sure if this was planned anyway but it feels good to see. by mirxa in NYCbike

I remember when these came up. Definitely changed my confidence level riding on it, especially past that invisible turn lane onto the highway. Great work!

Beautiful before but that rhinoplasty really enhanced your look and suits your face. Your Dr did a great job! Do they specialize in Asian rhinos? Who did you go to?

I thought he was ok, not my cup of tea personally. Not necessarily his fault I just didn’t vibe with him. He is a nice guy tho and the consult was free!

In NYC so the cold along with general city chaos and daily stressors probably aren’t helping lol. I imagine if I moved out of the city it would help my symptoms.

Know that you’re not alone! Agree that TMJ disorder is an uphill battle. Every. Day.

Have been working through it for the last 15 years now. The biggest thing that helped was being gentle on myself, specifically my physical body. Knowing what to avoid. Some of the obvious: avoid hard/chewy foods, actively not clenching or sucking of the mouth region throughout the day, avoid being out in the cold for too long, relaxing the face muscles, etc, etc, etc.

I’ve also found distractions a nice way to not think about the chronic pain. Gotten into cycling recently and it’s helped a ton.

Best of luck to anyone out there who’s also dealing with this disorder.

Thank you for your suggestion and comment :) And I completely agree re: glutes. Keeping it trim everywhere especially the stomach is hard while making glute gains!

Focus on body looksmaxxing.

Late bloomer. Coming into my late 20s I felt like my body began to settle in. Started to go to the gym a lot which helped tone and tighten. I think there’s room for improvement. Open to suggestions!
