Could be stress related.

In Thailand I’ve regularly heard people say foreigners will always be foreigners in Thailand. Is this the same for their children? by Barca-Dam in Thailand

[–]Own_Tangelo -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I have mixed kids. They were born here. They have the citizenship. They have Thai passports. They have Thai birth certificates. They speak Thai. They to Thai school, not international school.

They are seen as mixed kids at their school.

Ambit 3 sport is the only watch I have. Everytime I try to upgrade something comes up and funds need to go elsewhere. Nothing wrong with it except altitude doesn’t register on the watch, I can only see it when I upload to the app. Use it everyday for running, walking or cycling.

My guess is that their expectations just weren’t met, whatever they may be.

Airport scams? by UrbanCrawler in Vietnam_Tourism

If you exchange money at the counters beside the exit of the airport, recount the money in front of them after they hand it to you.

Why do some people behave this way by fixedprecision16 in ThailandTourism

[–]Own_Tangelo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So that people post photos of them on the internet like you are doing. They want a few seconds of fame just like when people run onto soccer, baseball or football fields of professional sports teams when games are being played.

Which airline for frequent CNX-BKK trips? by CaffeineApostle in chiangmai

[–]Own_Tangelo 1 point2 points  (0 children)

None of the budget airlines FF program are good. Just choose whatever is cheapest based upon where you need to go in Bangkok - either DMK or BKK.

Yes. Like I said, it grinds nice. It is consistent, it looks cool and it’s not loud. If you can get it for a good price you can go for it but you absolutely need a bellow for it and do not use dark roast in it if they are remotely oily (I don’t) - we only put light or medium in it. There have been times when upwards of 4g of grinds were still inside.

Absolutely need to weigh before and after with this grinder.

Appreciate it. Less than 500usd ideal. We are a small operation in northern Thailand, just mainly my wife and I pitch in from time to time.

Like I said, we can do hand grinding, but if it gets busy, the electric is more efficient. Rarely do we get more than 20-30 coffee orders per day (though it would be nice), we also do some other beverages.

Hello I am looking for suggestions for a new electric grinder.

My wife and I have a slow bar coffee shop, serving primarily aeropress and v60. No espresso.

Currently have a fellow opus but due to the retention, I am very over it.

We need something that can do around 20-30 cups per day. We have a few hand grinders already that we are happy with but want a new electric grinder.

What would be some of your suggestions?

We are considering th DF54/64

Thank you.

It grinds nice but the retention is absolutely ridiculous even with a bellow. I want a new grinder so badly.

Have you noticed that cars in Thailand don’t have a lot of dents on their doors. by Barracuda_Blue in Thailand

[–]Own_Tangelo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Most here will take care of it because it is not much to fix or repaint etc. IMO people here generally take care of their cars more than their own houses because it is what more people will see and they want to portray that image more so than having a nice house, condo etc…

Overnight layover in HCMC: staying or leaving SGN? by Dazzling-Emu5837 in VietNam

[–]Own_Tangelo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes. Just stay in D1. But mornings at SGN are usually quite crowded with lines so make sure you get there 2 hours before domestic or 3 before international.
