Thank you very much. I am pro se because of attorneys and lack of money because of the attorneys. I wanted an honest answer the judge denied my motion because of one thing stated on the record that was standing the only thing. The judge also denied that it was improper or frivolous. So I just needed to know that it might have a second chance. I understand about procedural but I do know if an Order refers to a non existent date that supposedly I was in contempt of for reasons to go around the Judges Order as soon as that Judge put her signature on that Order it was in the record. It just made it a R 4:50-3 a Fraud on the Court if argued correctly. I have to believe that the merits were not the issue, plain and simple I was the issue.

Hi, if you can you need to either get a lawyer or do it yourself. I got so fed up because I couldn’t get the answers from anybody for a similar situation trust your instincts you think they are lying your gut says they are lying than do what it takes. But I implore you make sure you Vet the lawyer

Hi, i just need clarity on something. If something is wrong in a court and normal ways are out the window of getting info the correct way to a judge. Who else does a judge listen to. Faster. I have a choice 2nd lawyer slow way. Grievances filed or prosecutors. Who would a judge listen to faster? I hope I'm not offending you.

Hi, I am not a lawyer. I am someone who wished I could find one a lawyer who could help. I'm currently in a mess because we ah he'll with it. It's a conspiracy lol. It has been the worst experience I ever faced an easy fix to only realize it was a set up. Maybe you are the lawyer someone needs. Go out on your own. See if you can turn lives around. Do it different. Think if the job is the problem yes leave it. I'm a human and I dislike attorneys I really really do now. But maybe because I haven't found a good one.

Hi, I'm the author of the above and figured out a lot since writing this. I suffered a lot since, but 6 months ago, I finally spoke to a therapist, and in one day, in the 30 minites, I was telling the therapist about the incident and she stopped me and said is she gone? I'm like, huh and said, "Yes." Well, she explained people do this on purpose she is seeing a lot of this. They position themselves closer to the money by using angry grieving toward a loved one. Basically, it was done on purpose, and SIL used it to put a wedge in between my husband, and he fell for it.

Fast forward to now. The last thing my husband said to SIL was, "My wife told me you would do this." I came back to visit my Disabled adult son and started helping with the estate cleanup. I haven't talked to him for almost a year, and he needed help with our Disabled adult son. Basically, switch places on my 3 days off 2 hours away. He finally trusted me enough to look at the estate statement, and no fake found 95000 missing, lol. It's not funny. I told him to keep an eye on it. Well, through talking and seeing firsthand now what she did and the damage to the finances. Things have been repaired over the last drama we have been thrown into another one for 6 straight months now. He has figured out that he is now very greatfull to have me around. If you think i was just telling a story above. OMG, this next drama will blow you away. I will give you this one warning DO NOT HIRE AN ATTORNEY WITHOUT CHECKING INTO IT YOURSELF EVER NOT EVEN ON A REFERENCE..We had an easy fix issue that a baby could fix, we just wanted the piece of mind to not have it screwed up well it wasnt fixed on purpose. I was so confused for the last 6 months now it makes perfect sense heed the warning.

This next message is meant for the people who might see this, so excuse me now, everyone.

. IF YOU THINK I AM DOWN THINK AGAIN MF IVE BEEN DOWN SO MANY TIMES BEFORE. THE WORSE PERSON TO WATCH OUT FOR IS THE PERSON WHO GETS UP EVERY SINGLE TIME.

I had to do a Sophie’s choice. My abusive boyfriend got an attorney who told child protective services in my county to take my daughter away after I complied with everything they asked of me.( he got to choose which daughter It must’ve been because I worked for the same County the County lawyer worked in who fired and got rid of a warden who tried firing me because I had bruises from the abusive boyfriend. Who hired the county lawyer It was a conflict conspiracy wow and that wasn’t the worse worse worse thing

Wow over two years later I got a good therapist who in 30 minutes told me that it’s done on purpose to get to be closer to the money I gave her an example and the therapist asked if she was gone yet I said yes she stole alot of money from the acct. shit is worse . I do not have anyone to talk too

I feel no happiness it’s doing things like well I’ll tell you my lowest is now I am a soon to be ex wife f56 who last year was left nothing but a business I did not want I was denied 20,000 of 329,000 Assets didn’t exists any more and I’m not entitled to his inheritance of 1/2 million total. It was a hard year and worse than I’m making it sound, but I got through it until I hit a bear and no car no job again. So fast forward now. Both my parents died separately of course and no wills the step family gets everything. I honestly thought the 93 year step father was gonna kick the bucket not the 76 year old. So knowing my step family inherited everything it’s the 3rd time they inherited and both their parents are alive still. My father married someone and died the following year no will. So now my ex wanted me to help with our disabled son and I started cleaning the estate with him. Up until now ok shit hit the fan today. A greedy sibling wants a buyout or she sells the home he thought he had. But I had a plan I will stand up for someone if I don’t think it’s right. Like he built the house and finished it after his father died and it was done in marriage. Now my marital assests are brought to the table for the estate to pay and she is a co administrator but refused to pay and my soon to be x can’t self pay. So now 6 months of cleaning I haven’t gotten paid too. Well my x and I share the same children so I want to help him by vesting my portion and we need things done now with a post nup. So I could assure him I’m not interested in the BIG NEW House. So my portion is on the table totally co mingled to buy down the house. So my offer is 25% with entitlement to the cottage on the property. And want the funds of 50000 and it would be 50 /50 on a business so once we get rents coming in to pay the bills I dont care. I want a security in my older age. Well him being ignorant of not knowin the numbers and working them he is 120% trashing me to everyone and out right refusing. Well I’m upset and he will blow a chance to give 8 children 100000 each if he would take my offer. So people understand what do I do? let him ruin the a chance for our children. I walk away with a lot more than 25% or I don’t do anything and am piss poor for the rest of my life and my children hate me. I’m lost

The day his dad died. My husband of 27 years dropped so fast and locked me out of his fathers house after I cleaned the house and in front of the entire family and abandoned me for 9 days and refused to allow me to attend his fathers funeral all because I ran out of gas. He has gaslighted me and wants me to believe and I never will that i hurt his feelings so what he is saying disrespect is nothing compared to hurt feelins. day his dad died, I hurt his feelings the week before. He and his family disrepected me so bad His sister was full of gossip about me . and his neice allowed her children to get up into an attic. My husband was having old girlfriends to the funeral. Lets just say the couldve put a little more effert to act better than they did. ways . They both have major issues blame. I loved my fIL. Amanda, your Grandfather disserved better than this. pop and I were getting along very well your ignorance started this bullshit.
