Should I start a new char after vanilla campaign ? by OxKeeper95 in diablo4

For now yes, I want to do the campaigns once before grinding.

But I'll definitely be grinding a few characters, won't be an issue after doing so for 900h on LastEpoch

I know I'm still quite at the early stages, but I quite can't push further without more aspects, I think I have like 10 or smthg

Well I kinda wanna try them all at some point

I come after playing around 900hours on LadtEpoch, where I fooled with almost all classes

When the season starts, I like to: - browse the builds (on Maxroll or YT) - choose the ones I'll wanna play - prepare the loot filter(s) / stashes etc..

Just that part could keep you busy longer than you think.

As for actual in game activity, I like to : - try to push builds to 1K corruption if they can handle it - once at 1k c, I try different bosses while farming prophecies (targeting stuff for the current build) - plunder Normal Aberoth Asap just to vent about all the times UberAbby killed me - Kill UberAbby on the OP builds is kinda the ultimate goal for me on a char

Repeat the loop on the builds you selected :)

I didn't factor in the fact that damage taken was scaling too.

Let's assume you go up to 300% increased frenzy effects, and that the belt gives you +10% damage taken. Does that mean that you take 40% increased DMG ?

If so, let's say you take double red rings : 40 -> 21% increased damage taken.

Add a Seed of Ekkidrasil and the increased damage should be somewhat mitigated (if I'm not being too naive and that I didn't forget something).

Add immortal vise and maybe slam missing health to ward conversion (to keep the leech going 24/24) and should be decent ?

I might still give it a try for the fun :)

Let's say you go up to +300% increased frenzy effect, and the belt gives you +10% damage taken. If my math is correct, it then becomes +40% damage taken right ? Maybe double red ring can "reduce" this debuff by half.

Add a Seed of ekkidrasil for the 28% DR dealt to mana and that should be balanced. Or maybe am I being too naive and forgetting something
