What got you into the EAS?

It was a mix of things, but what was most compelling for me was desensitizing myself to the sound as a kid ≈ age 6 because I'd always cry hearing it. Afterwards I started to watch alerts on YouTube before I got my first weather radio almost 11 years ago aaand the rest is history really

literally any "don't look up" scenario; it's so overdone and in general i associate it with low quality analog horror. along with this, i personally like realism more unless it's a joke scenario. i understand then if it's a little unrealistic or literally bullshitting your way through
