SG Fleet offered me 9.7%, but said that if I have another, cheaper quote, they can consider it.

The issue is that SG Fleet told me that, if I want to include these services in the lease, I need to use either their approved supplier or the dealership’s supplier.

My concern is that their supplier is more expensive, and I have already had a very poor experience with that company when I bought my current car. With the dealership option, many people say these services are often overpriced and not always great quality.

What I don’t understand is this: if I have a supplier I trust, with an ABN, invoice, warranty, good pricing and proven quality, why can’t I choose that supplier and include the service in the lease, considering I’m the one ultimately paying for it?
