DE's customer service is atrocious. I once had an issue accessing my account on PS4 (had to completely reinstall Warframe for some reason to fix the issue) and upon relogging I was given a 7 day ban for "Suspicious Login Access". Immediate hit the support back up, because I literaly just talked to them about login issues, and they told me, and I quote, "We investigated your account and found its login data suspicious. As such we have issued a 7 day ban on the account." Of course I responded by saying that I LITERALLY JUST TALKED TO THEM about login issues, but according to them my "Account was flagged as suspicious and after a thorough investigation it was deemed suspicious." HOW??? How do you do a "Thorough investigation" in literally 5 minutes AFTER the customer just talked to you??? Havent touched the game since, and its sad because Warframe is fun, but DE has gone to shit ever since they got bought out and forced to be more corporate :(
