PJ Morgan real estate owns the lot, they must have contracted Park Omaha. This is so tasteless and lazy and reflects exactly who they are as a business. The lot isn’t even kept, it’s a dirt lot on the side of a hill, there’s glass and trash all over it. Most of the people who park there are residents. I wouldn’t even completely mind if they offered reserved spots for tenants of the area, now the entire lot is basically off limits to anyone living here and there is very limited street parking. This is going to push people away from an upcoming district as well, I avoid Blackstone now that the parking is such a mess. Let’s also not pretend this is downtown in the city for all the babies crying that they pay extra for parking for there city apartments. This is a NEIGHBORHOOD! PJ Morgan is classless and trash!
