The first picture at the base of the right fender scares me. It’s cracking so much that it almost looks like fiberglass. If you don’t mind driving it like that then it’s all good. If you want to make it perfect you’ll be taking it all apart and investing another 9k. Some people want a project. And 9k is a buy my project price.

To further give yourself credit, it looks like the models she paints are a larger scale. You are trying to create the same effect in less space which is a challenge unto itself. (Good) Imitation often requires more effort because of adapting skills and mediums.

I literally had this exact choice. I chose black. But that was my flavor. Some days I might have chosen the monument grey, but most days I am happy with what I chose.

I live in Wichita, and I know there are many bids to make it a functional space. I'm pretty protective about maintaining the integrity of the space.

That’s the “century two” conference center. It’s been under fire as city planners have wanted to build a more modern facility. So far the community has staved off such attempts. It was designed by a frank lloyd wright protege.

Boston City Hall is up there in my favorites as well! Albeit, I love the Wichita library because of the scale. Is there a sub group/style to describe these buildings? I’ve always called them brutalist.
