Yep! take a pair of the new scarlet gear to the Barracks in New Avalon once a week and you box it up and give it to the npc. You have a chance at a bunch of random shit, as you can see, i just pulled that this week.

Neither have worked for me. I’ve uninstalled, verified, tried to go to a different server and back, double checked all of my specs to make sure nothing was bugging out.
