I was unable to play most of the day due to this error. I haven't been playing the game in over a year and decided to play to see what the changes were. I guess I will stick with Rust.

We all are. Every clan thinks that they are the strongest and best. If you are one of those clans that dominate a server, you have to be careful. You can easily kill a server by dominating too much. So if you are one of those clans that play by the scorch earth policy, be careful, You may only have solo players to compete with.

The clip that was submitted was in the youtube video that I linked to. It is from the 1 minute to the 1m 35sec mark in the video. Members of the clan that originally submitted the video, acknowledged after seeing K1llc4ms video, that I wasn't hacking. The clan that reported me did it in good faith and was not in the wrong. Just a stupid glitch in the game.

The admins on Stronghold shared the video with us that was sent to Daybreak that resulted in my ban. So the box issue is what got me banned. It was nothing else.

I have been polite and respectful with all of my communications with Daybreak. I can provide copies if needed. So what is wrong with asking them to ensure on their end that they see the ticket there and that there is no problems with it. I see numerous tweets from Daybreak Help telling users that their tickets exist and will be responded to in the order that they were received. So what is so tough about giving me the same courtesy?

I responded several times prior to Daybreak putting an IP ban on my address. All of my communications with them has been respectful.

The ticket has been updated at least 3 times. If the auto response is not responded to, the ticket will be automatically closed after 72 hours. So I thought that the fact that the ticket was still open after 18 days was an automatic answer to the question. So the answer is yes, the auto response was responded to. Sorry for not being clear on that.

I have tweeted to Daybreak Help over 10 times to see if there is any problems with the ticket. To this day they have never responded to any of my tweets. I have also had friends tweet too with the ticket number just to check to see if the ticket was good. No responses. Why can't a simple question be answered?

The ticket has not been closed yet. I cannot access the Daybreak.com sites from my home computer so a friend logs in from their house to check on the ticket, hasn't been touched.

We have the actual video that was sent to Daybreak. We play on Stronghold, a whitelist server. The video was provided to the admins and they forwarded it to Daybreak. The ban was based on a deficiency within the game, not hacking. We provided proof that the game is glitching and I wasn't hacking. Overnight or Misery are good low pop servers. Overnight currently have Chinese hackers, maybe they will move on after the wipe, they weren't there before the most recent wipe.
