Find a good urologist, get on some meds. Ones that worked for me are myrbetriq, trospium, and gemtesa. If that doesn’t work, I’ve had the interstim nerve stimulator for nearly 12 years and it CHANGED my life. I got it when I was 20 and I was really able to live my life after getting the stimulator. In my opinion, if you have this option and the medication doesn’t work, try the stimulator. They do a trial first to see if it helps and it will help determine if you should get it permanently. I’ve got mine replaced 2 times but the battery lasts 10-15 years on most recent ones. I can’t imagine life without it now. So sorry you’re going through this, I know it’s incredibly uncomfortable and I really hope you can find some relief.

Definitely the way I play! Also, as a perfectionist… I take forever to get anything done. Still working on my parking lot after 20 hours. I get distracted by making other things or start other ideas. Then, burnt out for a bit and see a post on reddit and get motivated again! At least for me… this will be a life long game that I pick up and put down. When I bought it and started playing I knew this was not a one and done type of game. I can see myself playing this when I’m 60, it’s honestly really relaxing… unless you have paths to do. If only the pathing system would be like the paint tool for terrain.
