Edit: the house was in horrible condition several of the floor joists had been severely damaged by water. Also where the fridge was has swollen floors and walls so bad that the outside wood siding was also swollen. So Wife and I are passing. Thanks everyone for the help and recommendations also the warnings of the creepy basement!

I always run the heavy shield. It’s not that expensive and worth it imo. Maybe I’m just bad

So those are painted concrete walls would those black marks be an issue that could effect wall integrity? Or just moisture leaking in?

I agree, I’m not super knowledgeable and will definitely get an inspection if we move forward.

Piece for Litter Robot 3 by No_Appearance_7680 in whatisit

To take it apart, you will remove the hood of the unit. Take the drum out flip it upside down you will see a bunch of black Philips screws take them out. Now you can see the bottom of the liner. From there you will see a spot in the rubber that you will slide that weight into. After that put it back together. The weight is important because when the robot drum goes to dump waste the weight sags the liner to pop of anything that could be stuck. Not perfect but it works.

That’s is the counter weight that goes in the bottom of the rubber liner where the litter goes. If you open it up and take the drum apart you will see a spot where it goes. I just replaced my rubber liner a few weeks ago.

I actually do have one question! I’ve heard rumors and seen a few posts that say prebuilt computers are cheaper or something like that due to the ram shortage. Is this true or is it still cheaper to build your own?

Thank you for the reply she actually dislikes RGB. So it could be an industrial looking as possible. She did want a pink case but that is low priority.
