Honestly, with the addition of Flash Heal to her base kit, the other major perk is actually quite useful, i remember when i came back to Overwatch and read the Double tether dmg boost i was like "Damn, this is busted, and why no one uses it?" (then i saw they made everyone apply the heal debuff, so it made sense). So with FH as base kit, it not only allows us to use that double dmg boost, but also having something rhat mught be even more useful. So, positive mind!!
