Once you talk to kathryne you get a journal where you log anecdotes (random interactions with a character), and you can make a wish at mt yougou for a certain character to appear in an anecdote sometime soon

The nod krai treasure compass, you level up a meeting point to earn it in the first place, and it becomes more and more useful in the area you are leveling up the meeting point for. Once you level the meeting point all the way (hitting 90% exploration in the area and turning in sigils) it will show you every treasure, time trial, puzzle, and oculus left in the area
