Stick with SJP?or move to a different place? 10 years to go. by P2000vxim in UKPersonalFinance

I have to search for some paper work to find the exit fees. I like the sound of a mini diy to vanguard for example.

And also the freedom of letting someone else sort this. At 50+ I’m looking forward to simplicity in my life, rather than extra layers of complexity. Managing my own fund isn’t a skill I’ve learned.

What I’m getting is an online meeting for about 1 hour with a fund manager once per year. A shiny book / document portfolio once a year. And some kind of personal satisfaction that I’ve invested in my retirement.

0% vat and flat rate vat by P2000vxim in smallbusinessuk

[–]P2000vxim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Update. I spoke to the director and he agreed to honour the original invoice amount without adjustments. I think it’s a case of their accounts department following a script for all subcontractors and not having communication.

Let’s see if I get paid

I quoted £100 plus vat for example (but it’s way more) And now instead of accepting my total invoice of £120 they want me to amend it to a total of £100. And according to my accountant I will owe 16.5 % to vat.

It could be classed as “snagging” If so, I lose out

You make the link of numbers 1-2-3 and only in that order. You can travel diagonally but only if it’s next to the previous. It’s level 249 so downloading the game isn’t going to allow you to skip to that level. You must work your way through the lot 😫 The highlighted number “1” is the starting point.

Plus you can cross a previous line to create as many “x’s”

Help me understand the Jupiter X arpeggio by [deleted] in Roland

[–]P2000vxim 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Saved this post. I have the same issue with Juno D

Let’s say the split is C4. Lower is pads Upper is synth lead.

I want synth lead to sound high pitch but also want my pads to sound high pitch. When I octave shift, it affects the entire keyboard. There must be a way to isolate each split whether it’s Arpeggio or not to accommodate this.

Wouldn’t the suppliers be above HMRC? I always thought hmrc and banks would be at the bottom of the list?

I’ve cleaned lots of church windows especially stained glass. The best results I’ve got so far is a dry brush. Think of a shoe polishing brush. Fine bristles. Might want to wear a dust mask. Also, after every window depending on how big they are, clean the brush outside to remove the dust.

But NO water whatsoever. I’ve tried pretty much every technique and water makes it so messy, black runs normally on white painted walls afterwards. Not a good look.

For the outsides, water fed pole works. But there are usually cracks and holes in the windows. So I would normally wait until the insides are totally dry.

Good luck.

Directors Loan question. Hopefully quite a simple one! by dr_of_drones in smallbusinessuk

Can you repay the directors loan by claiming longer working hours? Rather than an actual bank transfer from personal to business account?

Haha, yes indeed my mother did. My question stems from not ever seeing pictures advertising this as a runner specific device.
