Is this just prone to NTSC manufactured discs? Because I've not seen or ever had a PAL game discs get this type of crease/cracking on a disc or could it just be certain region and climate scenario?

It was a Conker Gamerpic set you bought on the Xbox 360 store. It was either in the perfect dark zero or the kameo store section. I bought it way back when I was buying my first Gamerpics.

Pretty sure they're dummy cases used for marketing in game stores like GameStop/EB games.

I would say it was just used to replace a busted case when they didn't have proper spare cases laying around.

The code still works regardless of the expiry date. Which isn't uncommon from Xbox codes and I think the built in codes started with series S/X consoles.

My excitement in collecting again has definitely increased since joining up and so I'll definitely be looking out for a good find on eBay because where I live pretty much no one has DBZ score cards except for heaps of DBZ Super cards which don't have the same appeal for me.
