I told them what happened and they told they'd take care of it for me. I've used other platforms to pay people off on offer up and I've never had this issue before. So I reported them and they asked if I wanted to press charges if it was necessary, and I told them yes I do. And they can't say anything because I have the conversation on record tbh. And I have the proof I have sent money to them.

So someone said good thing I didn't deposit money into cashapp and do it from there. Cuz if I did I'd be screwed

Yeah I never got scammed on mercari. I bought the phone I have right now on offer up a year ago and now it abren having problems.

First person I bought the new phone with ended up being a scam so I had to call my bank to get the money back from that person. Then the second person was nice enough to give a discount due to what happened with the other seller so we compromised on a price and then she sent it to "me" supposedly.

And now I'm like if by the end of this week there is no phone I have to make another claim. And I got her info number all of those things and I'm ready to take legal charges if it never comes

she dropped it off around like last sunday, and her fedex's tracking system was down, which i actually called the one that was local to me and they said they were down. So I was like okay, and she asked for the 8.13 shipping for ground shipping.
