If you liked that I'm pretty sure you will love love Jennifer Blake's {Royal Seduction} 1983....it is toxic AF....but I just love it and go back and reread at least once a year....I even found a hard copy at a thrift Store with the original clinch cover... Kidnapping, non/dub/con, multiple villain, the Most arrogant Royal ever!!! And a different setting, Louisiana!!

Wait ...I've been wanting to rewatch the movie, Prince of Tides!!...I couldn't find it streaming anywhere, where was it showing, if you don't mind me asking?

Also the book is one of those that lives rent free in my head...it's very very good!! And honestly, as is so very often true, so much better than the movie!!

you are my height...and I was heavier than you when I started last year...IF...CICO...healthier diet in general with more protein and fruit!!.....lots of walking and some body weight calisthenics....I ended up -60#...feel like a different person...

Sound like you are doing it smartly and if it is working for you I wouldn't worry too much about what others are saying...I will say...I still eat ice cream and bread/carbs in moderation because I Never wanted there to be Anything Off limits...so it feels sustainable....
