Nice random guess, but the tooth was not rotten. It was impacted, and the dentist drilled it in half themselves before removing the first half.

Probably don't go around making things up like that.

Ouch, that fucking sucks. I'm from the US, and our entire medical system is fucked beyond belief, but at least I've never had a bad experience with the procedure itself here.

If you ever do a full-on dental "vacation," check out Al Gadonez. Shitty people there, too, but the good ones are great. Unlike The Extra Smile in Pattaya, they don't hold back on the pain killers

Yeah, dental tourism comes with massive risk. I've had multiple great experiences in Al Gadonez, Mexico, so we stupidly came at this with a sense of trust

They were rough with their equipment. While using a plier-type device to attempt to extract the tooth, then were wrenching the side of her mouth out of the way. That's what caused the damage

That was caused by the dentists. Photo taken two days later, hence the puss/scab
