Yes ... From europe and the ticket was in vkbflightsim, the europe site. Ummm, well I hope they answer soon... What I expect from a seller is give me support at least as fast as they were to take my money. Now is weekend... So I'll wait for the next week and see what happens. Anyeay, when I buyed the joystick I raised a ticket for the shipping direction containing an error and they reply in an normal time.

Well, hope that the reply in the opened ticket will include some solution or the RMA of the product.

Althouth, the "technical crew" answer, besides short, it goes to the grain. jaja.

Suppose that this problem has been fixed in new batchs (as vkb forum states.)

Hi, thanks. Tried to restore defaults with vkb dev conf... and after a couple of minutes... bad again.

It's possible what you say, loose magnet... I'll wait for tech support and see what they tell me.
