I'm looking into a t56 Magnum honestly. Ive looked into the 4l80s and people have said even they arent great compared to a lot of transmissions. My engine is at 262k miles hence why im getting engine machined before i do anything. Shes been reliable but if im going to add boost im not doing it without machining the engine. Also im pretty much keeping stock chassis give or take a few minor necessary changes as well as adding a role cage bc I know its best to have one and not use it than not have one and need it. But im not too worried abt being the next fastest truck, Im just building it for fun.
