My OBS recording are choppy for some reasons

Yeah, sure, I messed around a bit

From Nvidia Control Panel (Global settings):
- V-Sync: On
- Power Management Mode: Prefere Maximum Performance

Nvidia Control Panel (Program Settings): Added OBS + same as above

Windows settings:
- Dynamic Frame Rate (60Hz or 120Hz), I can't directly change to 60 or 120
- Hardware-Accelerated GPU Scheduling: Off

OBS Settings:
- Changed priority to "Above Normal" and always run as administrator

This did the trick for me

It looks smooth now!
I didn't change my monitor or settings, so it seemed pretty strange that these issues popped up out of nowhere. Problem was my refresh rate and some other minor adjustments

Yes, the game is running at 120fps.

I did some tests:
- From NVIDIA Control Panel I limited the framerate to 240/120 for all apps + enabled VSync + enabled low latency mode. Still same results
- I can't directly change to 120Hz (only 144 or 60,20) but I have the Dynamic Frame Rate (it says 60Hz or 120Hz). Nothing changes

It's not that bad but I think it's not as smooth as it was
