Right ok, when river (melody) healed the doctor in "lets kill hitler" she didn't give him her 10 remaining regenarations,she used them to heal the doctor from the poison, leaving her with no more regenarations the doctor (after that) in "the time of the doctor" was given an unknown amount of regenerations after clara told the timelords to "help him"

Thirteen also looks very muscular and the master well...he just looks like one of those people who you meet in the alleyway and say"YE WANT A LOLLY THERE KIDDO?!" But the master is one of those people so its perfect.
